Classic Golden Gravy is a creamy, mildly spiced Punjabi gravy premix with a rich golden texture. It is perfect for making smooth, flavourful, restaurant-style curries quickly at home.

Making Process

1. Empty the full packet into a bowl.
2. Add 250 ml milk and 150 ml water. Mix properly until smooth.
3. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp butter.
4. Add the mixture into the pan.
5. Cook on medium flame for 6–8 minutes until the gravy becomes thick and creamy.
6. Add 3 cups paneer, boiled vegetables, or sautéed vegetables.
7. Mix well, simmer for a few minutes, and serve hot.
