You Need

Making Process

1. Empty the full packet into a bowl.
2. Add 300 ml water.
3. Mix properly and make a smooth batter.
4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Gently drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.
7. Fry until golden brown for around 3–5 minutes.
8. Soak the fried vadas in water for about 20 minutes.
9. Gently press each vada to remove excess water.
10. Place vadas in a serving bowl.
11. Pour whisked curd/yogurt on top.
12. Sprinkle cumin powder and red chilli powder. Add chutney if desired and serve.
