Short Description

Making Process

1. Empty the full packet into a bowl.
2. Add 300 ml water and mix properly.
3. Add ½ tsp green chilli paste.
4. Stir well until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the batter into a greased tray.
7. Sprinkle red chilli powder on top.
8. Steam for 15 minutes until soft and spongy.
9. Cut and serve hot with chutney.
